Stopped up sink/they broke pipe and left

I had two guys from Karg come to unstop my kitchen sink. They snaked my kitchen sink and punched a whole through the pipe in the wall They then left my property for 15 minutes to go talk to their boss, came back and said they couldn't do anything with it, then charged me for the damage and left!!!! They gave me the name of another plumbing company and that company came, looked, charged me for looking, said they'd give me an estimate and 24 hours later not a word from them. SO, did the job Karg do on my pipe make this now a job no one wants??? Won't be using either again. And I still have no kitchen sink to use. I will not use them again. At least the second plumber explained what probably happened.
